RETURNS

All products listed under a particular category may not have the same return/replacement period. Kindly check the respective item's applicable return/replacement policy on the product page.

If you change your mind about the products you have purchased from us, we can refund the purchase price or exchange those products, subject to the following conditions:

  • Item(s) must be returned within 07 days of purchase, along with the proof of purchase.
  • Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused, with all original tags/labels attached.
  • If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges for online) will be refunded to you using the original payment method, once we receive the returned item back and confirm that it meets all the conditions above.
  • You are responsible for any costs associated with returning or exchanging the item to us, including taxes and shipping cost.
  • All replacements & refunds are considered within 7 days after the date of delivery.

Received something faulty?

If something is faulty or incorrectly described or different from the sample shown (apologies) we will be happily willing to refund the purchase price and delivery charges or providing a replacement product, provided the item is returned within 7 working days along with the proof of purchase.

Shipping costs cannot be refunded if there are other items listed on the original invoice that you accept.

Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation can be done within 24 hours of the order placed. Refunds will be initiated through online mode within 7 working days. Returns can be initiated within 48 hours of the order received. For returns & refunds please contact us at escalations@foxboxretail.com. Registration on the website cannot be cancelled or deleted.

Shipping & Delivery.

Orders will be dispatched from Mondays to Fridays. Excludes public holidays.

Will be delivered in 7 to 10 business days for metro areas and 10 to 12 business days for non-metro areas.
